The New Landscape of RE 2024
Make Open Houses More Informative
This graphic is great for open houses. When buyers walk in, they’re not just checking out the home—they’re also curious about how the buying process works, especially with the new rules in place. The graphic clearly explains the key agreements in today’s transactions and the changes in how agents get paid.
You can use this tool to guide potential buyers through what they need to know, making their experience smoother and more transparent. It’s a great way to show your expertise and add immediate value during their visit.
A Useful Follow-Up for Online Clients
But it doesn’t stop at open houses. This graphic is also a great follow-up tool for your online clients. After you finish a call with a potential buyer or seller, offer to send them this info via text or email. It’s a small gesture, but it shows that you’re always thinking about how to help them out, even after the conversation ends. We’ve been doing this the last week and it’s been well received.
Always Aim to Add Value
In today’s competitive market, it’s more important than ever to go the extra mile. By using this graphic to educate your clients, you’re not just giving them valuable information—you’re also showing that you’re the kind of agent who truly cares about their experience.
Important Note
This graphic is only an example, and it’s important to remember that real estate laws and guidelines can vary by state. Before you use this or create something similar, be sure to check with your broker and confirm that it aligns with your state’s regulations. Customizing your materials while staying compliant will help you maintain professionalism and trust.
Feel free to tweak this resource to match your style. Whether you’re at an open house or following up with a client online, this tool is here to help you build better relationships and close more deals.
In 2024, it’s all about being clear, helpful, and adding value wherever you can. Use this graphic to reinforce that message, and watch your client connections grow stronger.
