Pitching Buyer Representation to Ralph Nader in Boston in 1992.
Remember Ralph Nader, the consumer crusader, and Presidential Candidate?
He didn’t buy the idea because there was no public outcry for it.
As President of the San Diego Association of REALTORS in 1993, I created a “Buyer Broker Task Force.”
The person to the right of Ralph Nader is Steve Alexander, who Chaired that Task Force. To my right is Bill Carey, who co-authored with me, “How To List Buyers” in 1991.
“Never work for free again!”
A good idea, about 32 years ahead of its time
