A year or so ago, something like this happened to the MLS in Sacramento.
Rapattoni is one of a handful of software vendors that provide software to abut 100 Multiple Listing Services across the US.
Problems began on Tuesday. Users have been unable to add new property listings, make price adjustments, or access the latest property information for showings.
This will also affect the portals such as Zillow and REALTOR.com that populate their websites from MLS Data.
Does the data loss go beyond property info and compromise any personally Identifiable Information? I have been told that it does not.
