Mathew is one of our leaders in the transformation of business into a data-driven organization through strategic planning and execution, including the introduction of technology governance policies and the adoption of a measured approach to build trust in the data.
As a specialist in the MLS phase, Mathew states that technology “comes to us” – in more of a supporting aspect of how to create a better experience for the consumer. In this interview with me, he delves deep into the technology and how to map out the process for doing business. We shouldn’t just look to how to move forward with technology, but from the viewpoint for his team to learn more about the technology and how does it get into the workflow for agents instead of trying to add a “newer” platform and “make it a different experience.”
