Real Estate Word of the Day – Learning real estate one word at a time…
ARELLO
Just as real estate professionals have the National (state and Local) Association of REALTORS, Real Estate Regulators have their own association, ARELLO.
ARELLO is the Association of Real Estate License Law Officials, an international organization facilitating the exchange of ideas and cooperation among real estate regulatory agencies and policy makers in the area of real property. To learn more about ARELLO, visit https://www.arello.org/
Have you ever wondered how many real estate licensees there are in the US, as opposed to how many REALTORS (members of the National Association of REALTORS)? Check out the ARELLO’s Real Estate Licensee Verification Database. Search 4,195,232 Licensee Records.
You can use it to verify the current real estate license status of individuals and businesses — Check it out at https://www.arello.com/index.cfm
